What do you need to know before your trip?

  • Before the start of the tour, the Guide will provide instructions on how to operate a buggy. This is also an attraction for people who have never ridden a buggy.
  • With the safety of Customers in mind, the Organizer reserves the right to change the route or start time due to organizational or weather conditions.
  • The driver is liable for damages to the buggy driven up to PLN 10,000. We recommend purchasing insurance that reduces this liability to PLN 1,000. Insurance cost: PLN 45.00 (available during ONLINE booking and in the buggy database)
  • The driver and passenger may switch seats during the tour.
  • In order to participate in the trip, each Participant is required to sign a declaration of acceptance of the regulations and commitment to comply with the safety rules.
  • Each tour participant is required to have a valid identity document: driving license, ID card, passport.
  • The staff speaks Polish and English.
  • If the Participant enters a public road, the Polish Road Traffic Code provisions apply.
  • The expedition takes place under the care of a Guide (this is already included in the price). The Guide travels in a separate buggy.
  • If it is found that the Participant is under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants, the Guide has the right to terminate the contract without refunding the deposit paid.
  • The Organizer’s Regulations and Safety Rules apply to all participants of the buggy tour.
  • A purchased ticket or a deposit paid is a guarantee of the provision of services for both parties and is non-refundable in the event of the Client's cancellation.
  • If there is enough snow, the Organizer may conduct the tour as usual, but on scooters instead of buggies.
  • Important! If the Client does not arrive at the designated time, it means resignation from participation in the trip and the reservation is automatically canceled.

Frequently asked questions:

How should I dress?

It’s best to dress as you would for skiing – a warm winter jacket and pants, gloves, winter boots. If you don’t have such clothes with you, it’s possible to rent winter protective clothing.

Do I need a driving license?

Yes, each participant is obliged to have a valid document confirming their driving license.

Is advance booking required?

Snowmobiling is one of the most popular winter attractions in the mountains and our Guides are the best specialists in this field. We strongly recommend booking in advance, as dates sell out quickly.
